The Pasadena office, established on December 11, 1968, was the first for Meador Staffing. The original location was on Southmore in central Pasadena. In 1990, the company relocated to a new office building on Fairmont Parkway in one of the fastest-growing parts of Southeast Harris County.

Over 45 employees currently work at this office, including all staffing divisions, corporate accounting and payroll services, information technology department, and the technical resources division. It is located near to over 150 petrochemical plants and is 15 miles from NASA, as well as many other major employers.

Meador Staffing is well-known as a good corporate citizen, taking part in many civic and community activities and organizations, as well as offering financial and volunteer support to many worthwhile charities and causes in the community.
